Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE Standard Shipping to anywhere in the world. and have multiple shipping options to make sure your purchase arrives on time. Note: For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.
Orders may take between 1-3 business days to process before shipping out.
Are there any additional charges for international orders?
Maowigs.com never charges any extra fees on international orders besides the item cost and shipping.
Is a signature required for orders?
Although Maowigs.com requires a signature for deliveries/orders over $500, customers can request a signature waiver from their courier. However, we highly advise against waiving the signature requirement. If you do and the package is lost, you relinquish all claims—meaning the carrier will not be able to initiate a trace or attempt to locate or recover the package.
Are there any additional shipping charges on orders?
For shipments returned to Maowigs.com due to bad address information or refusal upon delivery, there will be a $20 fee automatically charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event of a return of any kind. This applies to US orders only.
Why is my package not arriving on time?
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email support@maowigs.com.

What are your shipping times?
We ship orders Monday through Friday within normal business hours and on Saturday mornings. If you place an order on a Saturday by 11 am CST, it may ship out that same day.
Please Note:Shipping for international orders on Saturdays depends on the carrier selected. The package will ship out on a Monday.
